First, let's set a date
We'll set up a time for me to come and see your home in person. This is your opportunity to share why you're moving, and anything I should know about your home to price it competitively. Then, we'll talk through what you can expect at every step so that you'll always be prepared for what's next.
Make sure the price is right
From there, I'll dive into strategy. Taking into account your specific neighborhood, area comps, local market conditions, and everything else about your home, I'll advise you on how to price your home right.
Good on your end? I'll take it from here
Once you confirm that the price is right, I'll do my thing. We'll bring in the top professionals in LA to stage and photograph your home, and advertise it to my wide network of qualified buyers.
